For nearly 30 years, Pegasus has focused on investing in solutions that create value beyond returns—strengthening local economies and expanding access to essential goods, services, and infrastructure. Today’s world is complicated and fractured, but one of the best parts of our work is the people we meet, the governments we help, and the partner organizations we work with and connect to one another. Sharing knowledge and building relationships with these people matter, as we all work together to solve existential ecosystem problems like climate change.

Across markets, solutions for today’s problems exist, capital exists, and need is undeniable, but what’s missing is the ability to connect them. As I’ve often said, the real challenge today isn’t invention or innovation—it’s deployment. We have the technologies needed to mitigate much of the impact of climate change and the capital to do so. What we need is better ways of connecting the answers that exist to the problems at hand.

Pegasus Insights will focus on real problems, practical solutions, and the connections between capital and green and blue technologies. The next phase of global development will be defined by systems that work through better coordination, easier access to capital in the emerging markets most affected by climate change, stronger partnerships, and real-world execution.
